Delivery coverage

Goodfellas currently delivers within supported areas in Lebanon. Coverage and fees depend on your delivery area and are confirmed during checkout.

Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may require special delivery arrangements, an adjusted fee, or a longer delivery window. If you are unsure whether we currently deliver to your area, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm.

• Please provide an accurate delivery address and a phone number that stays reachable during our support hours.
• If your area falls outside our normal coverage, our team will contact you to discuss options before your order is dispatched.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on your delivery area and are shown during checkout, or confirmed with you before dispatch if the fee cannot be calculated automatically for your order.

We do not publish one fixed delivery fee for all of Lebanon, since the fee reflects distance, accessibility, and handling requirements for each area.

• Oversized, fragile, or special-handling products (for example large displays, gaming setups, or bulky electronics) may carry a different delivery fee than standard items.
• If a delivery fee needs to change after you place your order, we will inform you before the order is dispatched.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates depend on product availability, your delivery area, order verification, and our operating hours. Any estimate shown to you is our best expectation, not a guaranteed delivery date or time, unless we specifically confirm one with you in writing.

Orders placed outside our support hours (Mon-Sat, 10:00-18:00) are typically processed on the next operating day.

• We do not promise same-day or next-day delivery unless this is specifically confirmed for your order.
• Delivery windows may be affected by order verification, stock checks, and courier availability.

Order confirmation

Goodfellas may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before dispatch, especially for cash-on-delivery orders.

If we are unable to reach you using the phone number on your order, your delivery may be delayed or, in some cases, cancelled.

• Please double-check your phone number and delivery address before submitting an order.
• Cash-on-delivery orders may require a confirmation call or message before we dispatch the item.

Receiving your order

When your order arrives, please take a moment to check it before accepting the delivery.

• Inspect the external packaging for visible damage before accepting the delivery.
• Confirm that the item matches what you ordered.
• Report any visible damage or missing items to us as soon as possible, ideally at the time of delivery.
• Where practical, avoid accepting a package that shows clear signs of damage — you can note this with the courier and contact us right away.

Failed delivery

Sometimes a delivery attempt cannot be completed — for example if you are unavailable, the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, or the courier cannot safely reach the location.

• We will try to contact you to reschedule the delivery.
• Repeated failed delivery attempts caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable customer may result in an additional delivery charge, which we will communicate clearly before any redelivery.
• If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may hold, cancel, or return the order.

Delays and events outside our control

Delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather conditions
• Supplier or stock delays
• Public holidays
• Force majeure events (occurrences beyond reasonable control, such as natural events, strikes, or infrastructure disruptions)
• Technical or system issues
• Delays in verifying or confirming your order
