We may correct errors in product information at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Prices displayed on the website may change at any time before an order is confirmed.

If an obvious pricing error occurs (for example a technical or typographical error), we may correct it and, where necessary, cancel or adjust the affected order before fulfillment.

Applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges may apply where shown at checkout.

Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase, not automatic acceptance. Goodfellas may confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order due to unavailable stock, suspected fraud, incorrect order information, or delivery limitations for your area.

Payments

Cash on delivery is currently available for orders placed through Goodfellas.

Online payment options are planned for the future and are not yet available. This section will be updated once an online payment method is introduced.

Delivery

Delivery is provided according to our Delivery Policy, which explains delivery coverage, fees, timing, order confirmation, and what happens if a delivery attempt fails.

Exchanges
